Boeing and the union that represents 33,000 striking employees at the company say talks between the two have broken down and no new talks are scheduled.

Boeing stock was falling in premarket trading Wednesday after the company said talks with its striking labor union weren’t going well. Shares of aerospace giant Boeing were down 1.6% at $152.26. S&P 500 and Dow Jones Industrial Average futures were both down 0.

Boeing has withdrawn a contract offer that would have given striking workers 30% raises over four years after talks broke down.
