OU football could be returning some key wide receivers sooner than later. When speaking on his weekly coaches show about the health of his team, Sooners head coach Brent Venables said "we'll see where (Deion Burks) is the next couple of days.

After previously being listed as doubtful, senior wide receiver Andrel Anthony and freshman running back Taylor Tatum were downgraded to out in the updated injury report. Redshirt wide receiver Deion Burks is also now slated to miss the Sooners' first away game in the SEC after previously being listed as questionable.

Texas coach Steve Sarkisian announced Monday that the team is monitoring Quinn Ewers closely for this weekend's Red River Rivalry game.
